Reset downtime

Applies to User Roles:
System Administrator

To reset downtime:

  1. Click Incident Management > Tools > Reset Downtime.
  2. Click Schedule to set a time for the reset to occur.
  3. Click Devices to create a list of devices to reset.
  4. Click Types to create a list of device types to reset.
  5. Click More or the More Actions icon and select the applicable action.
  6. Click OK.
