Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Quit a conversation
To quit a conversation, click More > Quit Conversation on the header of the conversation window, and then click Yes in the system prompt.
Note The Quit Conversation option is available only after you have closed a chat request.
To view the End User Chat conversation history after you quit a conversation, you need to access the corresponding Service Desk chat request record and then click the Start Conversation button to open the conversation window. The system displays the conversation history and you can slide up the scroll bar to view the content.
