A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Open the Query Window

Applies to User Roles:

System Administrator

To open the Query window from the operator record:

Click Tailoring > Database Manager.
Type =operator in the Form field, and then click Search.
On the Operator Record form, open the More Actions menu.
Select Expert Search.
The Query form is displayed. The display options on the form are dependent on the execution capability words assigned for the user, as follows:
- Query Window access – The Query window is displayed at the bottom of your screen.
- Stored query access – If stored queries are defined, a list is displayed.
- Both – The Query window with buttons defining query options is displayed.
