A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Schedule the importing of records using an import descriptor record

Before you schedule the importing of records, you may want to add an import descriptor record first, refer to Add an import descriptor record.

To schedule the importing of records using an import descriptor record, follow these steps:

Open the import descriptor record you want to schedule, and then click Proceed.
In the Expiration field, type the date and time when the scheduled import runs.

To repeat at regular intervals, select one of the following options.

Field	Description
Repeat — Monthly	Select this option to repeat the import process every once every month from the Expiration date.
Repeat — Quarterly	Select this option to repeat the import process every once every quarter from the Expiration date.
Repeat — Semi-Annually	Select this option to repeat the import process every once every six months from the Expiration date.
Repeat — Annually	Select this option to repeat the import process every once every year from the Expiration date.
