A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Calendar

The Service Manager utility supporting the definitions of working hours for different work groups.

The duty hours (caldutyhours) table defines the normal daily working hours for a particular work or assignment group.
The holidays (calholiday) table defines the starting and ending dates for valid company holidays.

Note: Be aware of time zone differences when executing events within Service Manager. The calendar feature is based on a single time zone and will not compensate for time zone differences.
