A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Download reports for Service Manager

Service Manager9.50 installation file SM9.50-2.zip file comes with out-of-box reports that you can run using Crystal Reports. Using these reports requires the Service Manager ODBC driver and requires that the legacy listener is started.

Make sure that the Service Manager ODBC driver is installed.
Log in to the Windows server as a user with local administrator privileges.
Extract the SM9.50-2.zip file into the appropriate drive of the server.
Navigate to the \Reporting\OperationalReports directory.
Copy the desired reports to your local directory.
