A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

The Pull mechanism

The Case Exchange integration between HPE Service Manager and HPE Service Anywhere uses the Pull mechanism.

This section explains the Pull mechanisms between Line of Business (LOB) and Central IT (CIT) in the following typical ecosystem.

In the Pull mechanism, one system actively pulls data from and sends appropriate data to the other system.

Note In the following diagrams, the arrows between the two systems represents the direction of the request, rather than the direction of the data flow.

In the following diagram, the CIT's system pulls data from and sends the updated data back to the LOB's system.

The following diagram shows the data flow of the Pull mechanism.
