A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Problem Management searches

Problem Management enables you to search for problem records and display them in a list. You can also save these queries as views. The search form fields enable you to narrow the search parameters.

There are three types of searches available:

Use a Basic Search to look for records using key search criteria.
Use an Advanced Search to find records opened, updated, or closed within a certain time frame.
Use an IR Search to locate specific text within records.
