A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Develop > Tailoring > Data management > Global lists > Regenerate all lists

Regenerate all lists

If none of the troubleshooting steps to this point have succeeded in regenerating your list, you should regenerate all the lists in the system. This procedure makes all the lists in the system obsolete and enables you to update the entire file.

Click Tailoring > Database Manager.
Select Administration Mode.
Type apm.global.list.entry in the Form field.
Click Search.

A blank search form from the globallists file opens.
Click Search to display a list of lists.
Click Mass Update.
Click Simple Update.

A blank form opens. This form is identical in appearance to the lister record, but contains different option buttons.
In the Expiration field, change the date to any date in the past. You can either type the date and time, or select a date from the calendar.
Click Execute.

The expiration date of all the lists in the globallists file is reset.
Return to the home menu.
Type *aapm.server.initer in the command line.
Press Enter.
Log off HPE Service Manager, and then log back on.

All the lists in the system are regenerated whether they are actually obsolete.
