KCS I
  • Contribute new knowledge articles
KCS II
  • Contribute new knowledge articles
  • Approve articles for internal audiences
KCS III
  • Contribute new knowledge articles
  • Approve articles for internal audiences
  • Approve articles for external audiences

Assign this level to operators who are trained on the KCS practices and have demonstrated consistent competency.
