Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Integration Requirements
This section describes the integration requirements when using the ServiceManagerEnhancedAdapter9.41 adapter.
Supported Product Versions
The supported product versions for using this adapter are listed in the following table.
Important If using UCMDB 11.0, CP 26 is required to integrate UCMDB with Service Manager or other applications.

Setting up Required Components
You must set up the following required components to establish an integration between UCMDB and Service Manager.
- Universal CMDB installation
Add a UCMDB Probe for the population feature if you do not already have one.
- Service Manager installation
Add the UCMDB URL to the SMtoUCMDB integration instance in Service Manager Integration Manager.
- Network connection between the Universal CMDB and Service Manager systems.

Deploying an Appropriate Adapter
To use a Service Manager 9.41 adapter, all of your Service Manager server, clients, and applications must be version 9.41 or later. You need to verify your Service Manager applications version and then find the correct adapter.
To to this, follow these steps:
- Log in to Service Manager as a system administrator.
- Enter db in the command line, and press Enter.
- Enter scversion in the Table field, and then click Search.
- Click Search again.
- Check the Application Version value that is displayed.
- If your applications version is earlier than 9.41, use the ServiceManagerAdapter9.41 adapter.
