A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

ITBA Components

ITBA includes the following components:

Business Analytics Application - Provides the means to define IT goals and objectives, to measure performance, and provides actionable insights into performance improvement plans. It includes the Dashboard, Studio, Explorer, Admin, and Data Warehouse (DWH) modules.

DWH is a repository for key business data that is cleansed, consolidated, and organized to support efficient queries, reports, and to populate a variety of business analytics. The contents of the Data Warehouse depend on the external HP applications that generate business data. For example, the data may originate from external applications such as Application Lifecycle Management or Project and Portfolio Management.
Optional - SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) - A solution that provides reporting, analysis and information delivery via web applications. This component is optional. SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise must be installed separately.
You must install BOE if you plan to use:
- The CSA-related pages in the Dashboard. For details, see CSA_Demo and CSA CAPs .
- The AWS-related Dashboard pages. For details, see AWS_Demo and AWS CAPs.
- The Azure-related Dashboard pages. For details, see Azure_Demo and Azure CAPs.
- The Web Intelligence Report Viewer and Web Intelligence Static Report in the Dashboard. For details, see The Web Intelligence Report Viewer Component or The Web Intelligence Static Report Viewer Component .
Common components - foundations on which the IT Business Analytics deployment is built. Common components are automatically installed on servers when you install ITBA.

Other critical external components include:

Vertica - An analytics database that handles big data from our source system and relevant information.
Source Application Servers - Source data originates in external application repositories. Data Warehouse consolidates the data from one or more of these external application repositories, and makes it available for analysis by Business Analytics.
