A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Baseline

A baseline is the recorded state of an item at any specific point in time, such as a Configuration, a Process, or any other set of data.

Examples:

A baseline can be defined in Continuous Service Improvement to establish a starting point for planning improvements.
In Capacity Management, you can document performance characteristics during normal operations.
In Configuration Management, you can enable the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure to automatically restore to a known configuration if a change fails.
You can also specify a standard configuration for data capture, release, or audit purposes.
