A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Business services

An Information Technology (IT) Service that directly supports a specific business process, as opposed to an Infrastructure Service which is used internally by the IT Service Provider and is not visible to the Business. Services can be grouped to Business Service groups that include Configuration Items (CIs), documents, resources, or any other components that comprise a defined business service. The services can then be delivered to Business Customers by Business Units, such as the delivery of financial services to Customers of a bank, or products to Customers in a retail store. Successful delivery of Business Services often depends on one or more IT Services.
