Startup parameter: maxmsgsharedmemory

Startup parameters change the behavior of the HPE Service Manager server. You can always set a startup parameter from the server's operating system command prompt.

maxmsgsharedmemory

Description

This parameter defines the maximum number of bytes of shared memory that the HPE Service Manager server can use for unviewed messages.

Ten percent (10%) of the shared memory or 1 GB (1073741824), whichever is less.
