Close a Support Request

Concepts

As a best practice, you should close a support request if the problem no longer exists or if the problem was resolved by other actions.

Tasks

Close Support Request

  1. In the Service Manager Service Portal, select Support Requests in the avatar drop-down list.
  2. In the Support Requests view, select the request you want to close.
  3. In the Support Request Detail view, click Close support request.
  4. Optional: Add a comment.
  5. Click Submit to close this support request.
