Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

You can easily view the relationships between configuration item (CI) components and the current state of each item in the configuration from Change Management by viewing the CI in a visualization diagram.
To launch CI Visualization directly from Change Management, follow these steps:
- Click Change Management > Changes > Search Changes.
- Use search or advanced search to find one or more records. If you know the name of the change or any other identifying information, type that information into the form.
- Select the change with the CI visualization diagram you want to view.
- Click More or the More Actions icon and then select Visualize CI.
- If there is only one associated CI, the visualization diagram opens and displays the CI and all the first-level relationships and CIs. You can expand a node to see additional levels of CIs and relationships.
- If the Change type allows for multiple CIs and it has more than one associated CI, the Select CI window opens.
- Select a CI from the list of associated CIs.

Click Finish. The visualization diagram opens for the selected CI. You can expand a node to see additional levels of CIs and relationships.
- Click Back to return to the Change record.
