Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Export reports from the dashboard
You can export a single report in a dashboard, or the whole dashboard, as a PDF.
Note You can also configure scheduled reports to be automatically exported. For more information about how to do this, see Create a report schedule.
To export a single report:
- Click the export icon () on the top-right of the report.
- In the dialog box that appears, enter the name of the exported file (the default value is the report name).
- Select the file type. You can export all types of reports as PDF files. Additionally, you can export Pivot tables, title lists, and standard lists as Excel files.
- Select the page orientation (PDF files only).
- Click Export.
To export a dashboard (that is, all the reports on a dashboard):
- Click the export icon () in the dashboard menu.
- In the dialog box that appears, enter the name of the exported file (the default value is the dashboard name).
- Select the page orientation.

Note You can only export dashboards as PDF files.
If you have configured any colored ranges for reports, these are included in the exported file.
