Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Follow these steps to test the link:

- A mandatory field (in either SM and QC) does not accept a null value. Synchronization may fail if a mandatory field is mapped to a field that can be null.
- The following sample steps are for your reference only. The exact steps required on your system may differ significantly. The phase in which the QC Integration tab appears may be different on your system.
- Save the configuration (an integrity check is automatically run).
- Click Enable Link.

Create a defect and set Synchronize with SM Problem to Y.

- Synchronize.
- View the Problem in SM.
