Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Clone an existing Rule Set

You can create an editable copy of an existing Rule Set by using the cloning option. Cloning a read-only Rule Set marked as HPE Proprietary creates an editable copy of the Rule Set.
To clone an existing Rule Set, follow these steps:
- In the System Navigator, click Tailoring > Process Designer > Rule Sets.
- Click Search.
- Select the Rule Set you want to clone.
- Click More > Clone. A copy of the Rule Sets with both the ID and Name prefixed <CLONE> is displayed.
- Rename both the ID and Name prefixed <CLONE> fields by typing something unique.
- Click Save.
