Clear the compliance message log

Applies to User Roles:

System Administrator

ITSMA Service Management saves all compliance check error messages in the compliance check message log. You can clear the log to remove old messages.

To clear the compliance message log, follow these steps:

  1. Click Configuration  Management > Administration > Software Counters.
  2. Use search or advanced search to find one or more records.
  3. Select a software counter record to clear the compliance message log.
  4. Click More or the More Actions icon.
  5. Click Clear Message Log. Service Management clears the message log.
