Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Localization
Service Manager provides official localization support for a number of languages. To view a list of the supported languages for the current release, see the specific Service Manager Support Matrix available to download from the Service Manager Document Matrix.
You can also localize Service Manager using a third-party tool or the Service Manager Open Localization Toolkit.
Localize untranslated text strings in resource files
Service Manager 9.50 language packs are available for 16 languages: Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Dutch, Hebrew, Hungarian, Korean, Polish, and Turkish. The content added or updated in the SM 9.51 release is localized only for the first eight languages.
You can localize the English content in the following components for the rest of the languages through self localization:
- Web Tier
- Service Request Catalog (SRC)
- Mobility Client
- Applications
- Chat UI

Localize Service Manager into an unsupported language
HPE partners can also localize Service Manager into an unofficially supported language (for example, Vietnam) by using the Service Manager Open Localization Toolkit. For details, Localize Service Manager with the Open Localization Toolkit.
