Searching the Help

To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.

Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

View the subscribers for a subscription

Applies to User Roles:

System Administrator

When a power user views a Contacts record or a Department record, a Subscription tab is displayed. The Subscription tab displays all of the subscriptions for personal subscriptions and department subscriptions.

When the Subscription tab is available, you can define services and department requestors; add subscriptions and administer subscriptions; and view subscribers and related changes.

To view the subscribers for a subscription, follow these steps:

Click Configuration Management > Resources > Search CIs.
Use search or advanced search to find one or more records.
Select the target record.
Open the Subscribers section. A list of subscribers with the types of subscriptions (individual or department) and their statuses is opened.
Click a Subscriber in the list to display the subscription details.
