A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Actual CI state

By default, HPE Service Manager only stores and displays the authorized or managed state of configuration items (CIs). However,the actual state of a CI may differ from the authorized state. You can view the actual state of a CI by creating an integration to an HPE Universal CMDB server. The server utilizes a discovery tool that discovers the actual state of a CI, and then Service Manager displays that discovered state in the Configuration Management database format.
