Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

A new order is created when you submit an order for an individual catalog item or item(s) in your shopping cart.
Tasks
View Your Orders
- Select Orders from the avatar drop-down list in the Service Manager Service Portal . By default, the Orders view lists your open orders, with newest first.
- Scroll up and down to browse orders, search by keyword, and set filters to customize the display.
Search Orders
Enter text in the search filter to locate orders whose names contain the specified keyword or string.
Sort Orders
In the Service Manager Service Portal, you can change the sequence in which orders are displayed. Use the drop-down list on the right side above the list to sort by newest, oldest, most expensive, least expensive, alphabetical, or reverse alphabetical.
Filter Orders
You can refine the results of the orders displayed by selecting Open Orders, Recent Orders, or All Orders.
View Order Details
Click on an order to view the order's details. See Order Details for more information.
