A new request is created when you:

  • Submit an order for one or more catalog items

Tasks

View detailed request information

  1. In the Service Manager Service Portal, select Orders in the avatar drop-down list.
  2. In the Orders view, select an order to display the Order Details view.
  3. Click then View Request to access the Order Item Detail view for the associated item.
