Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Open the Query Window
Applies to User roles: System Administrator
To open the Query window from the operator record:
- Click Tailoring > Database Manager.
- Type
=operator
in the Form field, and then click Search. - On the Operator Record form, open the More Actions menu.
- Select Expert Search.
- The Query form is displayed.
The display options on the form are dependent on the execution capability words assigned for the user, as follows:
- Query Window access – The Query window is displayed at the bottom of your screen.
- Stored query access – If stored queries are defined, a list is displayed.
- Both – The Query window with buttons defining query options is displayed.
