Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

The function below sends activity log of the current Incident record to Service Anywhere right after the Incident record is exchanged.

: Final Service Manager value object after field mapping and value mapping.sm
: Temporary Service Manager value object after copying basic data from end point according to field mapping.ep
: Original value object from the end point.context
: Context of the SMIS task. You can get a specific value by using thecontext['internalId']
syntax.param
: All parameters defined in SMIS configuration. You can get a specific parameter value by using theparam['object']
syntax.
