Solaris Zone Report

This report displays information about Solaris zones. Solaris zones are isolated virtual environments running applications on one physical host machine.

To access

Select Managers > Modeling > Reports. In the Custom Reports pane, do one of the following:

  • Right-click Solaris Zone Report and select Create New Report.

  • Click the Create New Report button and select Solaris Zone Report.

  • Double-click Solaris Zone Report.

  • Select Solaris Zone Report and drag it onto the right pane.

Important information

The top level of the report displays information on the Solaris zones. Click the number in the Non-global Zone Count column to drill down to the next layer, which displays information on the non-global zones that are hosted on the global zone. In the second layer, you can click the number in the Network Devices column to drill down to the next layer and view information about the network devices available to this zone.

Use the Select Columns button to select the attributes to display in the report.

<Breadcrumbs>

Displays the levels through which you have navigated to get to the current level. Appears horizontally across the top of the chart.

Note Each level in the list of breadcrumbs is a clickable link.

<Shortcut Menu> Right-click a CI in the report to access the IT Universe Manager shortcut menu. For details, see IT Universe Manager Shortcut Menu.
<Toolbar> For details, see Report Toolbar Options.
