Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Accessing an application
You can access applications from the System Navigator. You can expand nodes in the System Navigator to see all available applications and tasks at the same time. You can create favorites that make any part of ITSMA Service Management, or a frequently used query, accessible with a single click. The System Navigator can remain visible while you work in any application, which enables quick transitions to other tasks and forms.
To use a particular application, click the name of the application. For example, click Service Desk > Create New Interaction to open the New Interaction form and add information.
