A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Forms

ITSMA Service Management displays forms in the Service Management workspace. Each form has an associated More Actions menu, which contains additional options for that form. The available options vary, depending on the current Service Management application and user profile rights.

To access menu options in a Windows client, right-click the form, and then choose an option from the Context menu. Or, click the pull-down menu icon in the upper right corner of the workspace toolbar.

To access menu options in a web client, click More, and then choose an option from the More Actions menu.
