Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

View records related to an incident
You may need to search for the related records of an incident to determine if the incident is a good problem candidate or to find the fix or workaround to a particular issue. Incidents may have related interactions, changes, quotes, problems, or other incidents. You can view these related records from the options menu.
To view the records related to an incident:
- Click Problem Management > Problem > Search Incidents.
- Use search or advanced search to find one or more records.
- Select an incident from the record list.

Click More or the More Actions icon and select Related. You can choose to view one of the following:
- Interactions
- Incidents
- Changes
- Quotes
- Problems
- Select the record type you want to view, and then do the following:
- Click Back to return to the problem record.
- Click Edit to update the record.
- Click Delete to delete the record.
- Click Count to view the total number of records.
- Double-click the record that you want to view.
- Click Save if you update the record.
- Click OK to exit the record.
