A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Modify an out-of-box icon

Applies to User Roles:

You can modify the out-of-box icons that represent configuration items (CIs) in visualization diagrams from the Configuration Management module.

To modify an out-of-box icon, follow these steps:

Click Configuration Management > Administration > Configure CI Visualization > CI Images.
Use search or advanced search to find one or more records. Select the CI Type and CI Subtype, if applicable, from the CI Type menu.
Select the icon you want to modify from the record list. HPE Service Manager opens the image associated with that CI Type.
To Add, Save As, or Remove the icon, right-click the image and select an action from the menu.
Click Add or modify fields to use the Add or Modify Tooltip Information wizard. Follow the instructions in the wizard to add, modify, or remove the fields that determine what text the system displays when a user hovers over the CI in a visualization diagram.
When you finish modifying the icon, click Save. Service Manager updates the CI Image record.
Click OK.
Log off and log back on to view your changes.
