Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Diagnostics
Concepts
The Diagnostics application provides the Service Manager Service Portal Administrator with basic service monitoring and health status for Service Manager Service Portal services and suppliers.
Services include Service Manager Service Portal backend services and user interface (UI) services. Examples of backend services are Service Exchange, Identity Management (IdM), and Search. Examples of UI services are Catalog Connect, Launchpad, and Shop.
Suppliers are end-point systems integrated with Service Manager Service Portal. Examples of suppliers are provider systems, fulfillment systems, and ticketing systems. For Service Manager (SM) suppliers, the status of unload files can be viewed in the Supplier Detail view.
Note You must log in as the admin
user to access the Diagnostics application.
