A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

To add a notification delivery method, follow these steps:

Click Tailoring > Notifications > Message Types. The Message Type File form opens.

Type or select the following information.

Field	Description
Type	Type a name or label to describe the notification method. For example, to send an e-mail message, you can create a type called e-mail.
Description	This is an optional field you can use to type a description of the notification method.
Application	Type the name of the RAD application that sends the notification.
Active?	Select this option to enable the notification method for use by notification records.
