A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Set up a distributed Service Portal cluster

This section describes the detailed steps to set up a distributed Service Portal cluster.

Prerequisites

Before you proceed, make sure that you have met the following prerequisites:

Five (or more) VMs are available to use for the distributed Service Portal cluster.

For the minimum hardware requirements of each VM, see Meet the system requirements. For the supported platforms, see Support matrix.

You have made a note of the fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) and IP addresses of the five (or more) VMs.

This section uses the following placeholders to represent the host FQDNs.

Note Five Service Portal nodes are used here as a sample configuration; you can add more nodes according to your needs.
