Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Settings - Engine Settings
Enables you to configure settings for the IT Business Analytics KPI engine, which performs discovery on data coming from contexts (data sources).
Select Admin > Settings > Engine Settings.
Configure the Engine Settings
- Select Admin > Settings > Engine Settings.
- Click the row of the relevant engine function and enter the value in milliseconds.
- Click Save to save your settings.

Description Engine Health Timer The amount of time in milliseconds, after which, if the calculation result is not received for the KPI, a new calculation attempt is started. The default value is 600,000, which equals 10 minutes.

Description Max number of days to recalculate for Daily KPIs The maximum number of days used in recalculations for KPIs and Metrics with a Calculation Period set to Daily. Default: 30.
