Define columns

The fixed column keys for available columns are defined in Fixed Columns Keys to Define Which Columns are Displayed. Custom Attribute Column Key contains a special kind of column key, that unlike the other column keys, is customer configurable. All the column keys are case-insensitive, which means that for example "ID", "Id" and "id" all map to the ID column.
