Searching the Help

To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.

Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Troubleshooting and limitations

This section provides help for those people who are troubleshooting problems relating to OMi event filters, including creating, modifying, and enabling filters.

Filters Not Available in Event Filter List

Filter does not belong to active user.
Filters are only available for the area for which they are created. For example, an Event Browser filter is not available in an Administration UI.

Events Not Visible

Make sure that the correct filter is enabled.
Make sure that the currently enabled filter is correctly configured.
Make sure that the currently applied CI or View does not filter out events that you want to see.
