Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Performance Dashboard Mappings Pane
The Performance Dashboard Mapping pane enables you to choose the performance dashboards you want to map to the selected configuration item.

If you want to modify or manage configuration item types, use the CI Types Manager: Administration > RTSM Administration > Modeling > CI Type Manager Alternatively, click CI Type Manager. |

The Performance dashboard pane displays the UI elements listed in the following table.
UI Element | Description |
---|---|
Edit Mappings | Click to edit mappings and define the Instance IDs and Assign Dashboards. |
Delete Mappings | Click to delete the mappings. |
Instance ID Definition | Displays the Instance ID definitions that are used to launch dashboards. |
Assigned Performance Dashboards | Displays the list of Assigned Dashboards for a specific CIT. |
Assigned Conditional Performance Dashboards | Displays the list of Assigned Conditional Performance Dashboards for a specific CIT. |
The Edit Mappings option contains the following elements:
You can use this option to assign the Performance Dashboards to specific CITs. It also provides options for adding recommended dashboards and conditional dashboards.
Recommended Dashboards
You can use this option to view the list of recommended dashboards. In addition, you can add the dashboards from the list of available dashboards and also choose the default dashboard. It contains the following UI elements:
