Define an API rule in the rule repository

Within the Business Rule Repository, create an API rule that can be applied to multiple KPIs. This is done by cloning one of the three API rules, and setting default rule values for specific rule parameters. After the rule is applied to a KPI, you can edit its script within the CI Customizations page at any time to change the rule logic for the specific KPI.
