Searching the Help

To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.

Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Delete Unsent Probe Results

This task describes how to empty the Probe queue that contains results that have not yet been transmitted to the RTSM Server.

Access the Data Flow Probe JMX console: Launch a Web browser and enter the following address: http://<Probe Gateway machine name or IP address>:1977. If you are running the Data Flow Probe locally, enter http://localhost:1977.

You might have to log in with a user name and password.
Locate the Probe_<Probe Name> > type=MainProbe service and click the link to open the JMX MBEAN View page.
Invoke the operation by clicking the dropUnsentResults button.

Note This operation deletes 100 results at a time. To delete more results, re-invoke the operation as many times as necessary.
