The Service Manager utility supporting the definitions of working hours for different work groups.

  • The duty hours (caldutyhours) table defines the normal daily working hours for a particular work or assignment group.
  • The holidays (calholiday) table defines the starting and ending dates for valid company holidays.

Note: Be aware of time zone differences when executing events within Service Manager. The calendar feature is based on a single time zone and will not compensate for time zone differences.
