Change phase

A change phase is a phase in the life cycle of a change. The life cycle of a change is divided into phases determined by the change category assigned to that phase. Phases are defined with the additional constraint of sequential order, for example, each interaction is executed with a series of milestone dates spread over time that assume minimal or no overlap between activities.
