A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Enable OO flow automation for change tasks

To enable OO flow automation for change tasks, follow these steps:

Make sure that the Operations Orchestration integration is set up. For details, see Add an Operations Orchestration integration.
Navigate to Tailoring > Process Designer > Configuration > Task Planner Mapping, and then click Search.
Locate and open the "cm3r" task planner mapping record, which contains the status mapping information between change task and task planner.
Select the Enable OO Flow for Automation check box.
Click Save.
Navigate to Miscellaneous > System Status, click the Start Scheduler button, and then click AutomationTaskUpdate to start this schedule. When this schedule is started, the status of the change task can be automatically updated after the OO flow execution.
