Select Service Manager portal

System Administrator

From System Information Record, you can specify which portal (ESS, SRC, or Service Manager Service Portal) is the active end user portal.

To select the active Service Manager end user portal, follow these steps:

  1. Click System Administration > Base System Configuration > Miscellaneous > System Information Record.
  2. Click the Active Integrations tab.
  3. In the SM Portal field, select one of the following portals from the drop-down list:

    • ESS
    • SRC
    • Service Manager Service Portal
  4. Click Save.
