Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Customization of colors and graphics
Service Request Catalog packages files that you can edit to change the basic application design and color palette. You can also redesign the backgrounds for the header, main, and footer areas to echo your company's signature branding and color palette.
Customization of most of the graphics and images of Service Request Catalog is performed by modifying the symbols in the panel.fla file and replacing the panel.swf file used in Service Request Catalog, while color customization for some Service Request Catalog UI components is achieved by modifying the respective .css file or source images.
Note
- Before you attempt to replace the
panel.swffile, we recommend that you make a copy and store it in a convenient location. You should perform all your adjustments on the copy first. - You need to obtain Adobe® Flash® Professional CS5.x (or a later release) to edit the relevant files. You may also need an image editing application, such as Adobe® Illustrator® or Adobe® Photoshop®.
- Make sure you have your corporate branding color values (expressed in hexadecimal numbers) handy.
