View component availability

System Administrator

The Configuration Management module allows you to view outage information of a business or component, as well as the records affected by each outage.

To view component availability information, follow these steps:

  1. Click Configuration Management > Reports > Component Availability.

    A list of services and components is displayed.

  2. Specify CI Name, Outage Start and Outage End as needed.

    Tip If you do not have the exact CI name, click the Fill Field CI Name icon to search for the CI name by specifying search criteria such as location, building and part number.

  3. Double-click a record from the list to view the outage details.

    A list of outages is displayed, with information about each outage start and end, as well as the outage duration.

  4. Double-click each outage. All associated incident records are listed.
