Startup parameter: ldapbinddn

Startup parameters change the behavior of the Service Manager server. You can always set a startup parameter from the server's operating system command prompt.

Description

This parameter defines the name the Service Manager server uses to bind to the LDAP server.

Example usage

Command line: sm -httpPort:13080 -ldapserver1:ldapparent -ldapbinddn:uid=falcon,ou=People,dc=microfocus,dc=com
