Multicompany mode

You can run Service Manager in multicompany mode to filter the company information that service desk technicians see when creating service desk interactions and opening incidents. Normally, support desk technicians can see information about all the companies that the service desk supports. However, when a system administrator enables multi-company mode, service desk technicians only see information relevant to the company they are currently supporting.

For additional data security, you can enable the Mandanten feature.
